Dr. Minnick was raised in Knoxville, Tennessee and went on to get her Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science from the University of Tennessee. She decided to stay in Tennessee and get her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Tennessee as well, where she graduated in 2024. GO VOLS!

She is interested in all species. She has a particular interest in dogs, cats, cows and goats! She has a special interest in client communication and is excited to help this generation of pet owners!

In her free time, she likes to try out new food and hiking trails with her fiancé, Matthew. She also loves to hang out on any body of water, but is partial to the lakes after growing up in east Tennessee. She has one senior cat, Kitty and a new kitten, Bucatini!

She is so excited to explore her new home in New Jersey and get to know the animals (and humans) that are in the area!
