Dr. Lane graduated from Syracuse University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Retail Management and Consumer Studies, with minors in Biology and Chemistry. During her time there she interned in the small mammal department of the Rosamond Gifford Zoo, was an active member of the varsity women’s rowing team and pursued a unique opportunity to study Community Wildlife Management in Kenya.
Following undergraduate studies, Dr. Lane attended Michigan State University and graduated as a DVM in 2010. She completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Oradell Animal Hospital and then returned to her home town in Southern New Jersey.
Dr. Lane has been an emergency/general practice clinician and medical director. Currently she is working part time while raising her two daughters, Hazel and Rosie. She enjoys traveling with her husband, gardening, cooking, wine tasting and hiking. Dr. Lane has two rescued brother cats, Simba and Frazier.
Special interests include preventive and senior care, internal medicine, ultrasound and surgery.
